Stay and Play at Miss Janice Out of School Care offers a dynamic and engaging environment where young children can explore their creativity, build friendships, and develop essential social skills. Our program is thoughtfully designed to blend fun and learning, featuring a variety of activities such as arts and crafts, storytelling, music, and outdoor play.

Our dedicated team fosters an inclusive and supportive atmosphere, ensuring that every child feels valued and encouraged to express themselves. Parents can have peace of mind knowing their little ones are in a safe, stimulating, and nurturing setting.

We welcome children aged 20 months to 4 years on a full-time basis. Additionally, children enrolled in our after-school care program may participate in Stay and Play at an additional cost upon parental request.

Term Time

• Term 1: September – December
• Term 2: January – April
• Term 3: May – August
  Specific term dates, public holidays, and closure periods will be communicated to parents at the beginning of each year. Each term includes a two-day half-term break and a two-week holiday.

Operating Schedule

We operate Monday to Friday, from 7:15 AM to 4:00 PM.

Registration

To enroll your child, a non-refundable registration fee of SCR 500 is required. This fee secures your child’s place on our waiting list and contributes to administrative costs.

Fees

The program fee is SCR 13,000 per child per term. Fees are calculated on an annual basis and can be paid in the following ways:

After School Care Option

Children enrolled in the Stay and Play Program have the option to join the After School Care Program, which runs from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday) at an additional cost of:

This is a fixed rate and is not prorated based on the number of days attended.

Pick-Up & Late Collection Policy

• Regular pick-up: Children must be collected by 4:05 PM unless enrolled in the After School Care Program.
• Extended pick-up: For children in After School Care, the collection deadline is 5:05 PM.
• Late collection fee: A charge of SCR 50 per day applies for any pick-up beyond the designated times.

Payment Schedule

To ensure flexibility and convenience, we offer the following payment options:

• Term Payments: Fees for each term (September, January, and May) must be paid in full by the first day of the respective term.
• Monthly Payments: If opting for monthly payments, fees must be settled by the first day of each month.

Overdue Fees

Miss Janice Out of School Care reserves the right to charge interest on overdue fees for the Stay and Play program. Interest will accrue daily from the due date until payment is received, at a rate of SCR 500 per calendar month, compounding monthly.
