After-School Care at Miss Janice Out of School Care offers a welcoming retreat for children following their school day. Here, kids can unwind and recharge in a secure and supervised environment. Our program blends relaxation with enriching activities, including homework assistance, games, and creative projects. Children have the opportunity to connect with peers while exploring their interests and enhancing their skills. Our caring staff is committed to fostering a sense of belonging, ensuring every child feels valued and engaged. Parents can have peace of mind knowing their children are in good hands after school.

As part of the After School Care program, we can pick up your child from their respective school and drop them off at Miss Janice’s Out of School Care or at their extracurricular activities, provided they are on the bus route.

Our After School Care Program is available for children aged 3 to 10 years, operating Monday to Friday from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM. We offer both full-time and part-time enrollment options, with the following fee structure:

Fee Structure: Per Day/Child

A sibling discount of SCR 25 per day applies starting from the second child, but only for full-time enrollments.

Payment Schedule

• Monthly fees are calculated based on the school term dates of your child’s respective school (Public, International, Independent, Trotters Stop Primary School, L’École Française, or Montessori).
• Fees are fixed per month and are not adjusted based on actual attendance within the After School Care program.
• Monthly invoice payment for After School Care and Late Collection fees must be settled within 7 days.

Late Collection Policy

A daily late collection fee of SCR 50 will be applied for any pick-up after 5:05 PM.

Overdue Fees

Miss Janice Out of School Care reserves the right to charge interest on overdue fees for the After School Care program. Interest will accrue daily from the due date until payment is received, at a rate of SCR 500 per calendar month, compounding monthly.
